Unser Dahoam Chalet und unsere Dahoam Naturresidence liegen auf 800 m Meereshöhe, das Dorfzentrum befindet sich ca. 1,5 km entfernt auf 600 m Meereshöhe.

Le nostre due strutture Dahoam si trovano a 800 m s.l.m., il centro invece è a 600 m s.l.m. e dista circa 1,5 km.

Our two Dahoam complexes are situated at an altitude of 800 meters above sea-level. The village center is about 1.5 km away, at an altitude of 600 meters.

Schenna liegt in Sonnenlage am Hochplateau über der Kurstadt Meran.Ebenso rasch erreichbar wie die Rad- und Wanderwege ist die Stadt Meran mit ihren Cafés und Boutiquen, kulturellen Veranstaltungen und dem urbanen Wellnessareal der Therme Meran.

Scena è situata in posizione soleggiata sull’altopiano al di sopra della città termale di Merano, raggiungibile in breve tempo e ricca di caffè e negozi, di eventi culturali e nota per le sue terme come per le vie ciclabili e i sentieri escursionistici.

Schenna is situated on the sundrenched high-altitude plateau above the resort town of Meran / Merano. The town – with its cafes and boutiques, cultural events, and the urbane spa facilities at the Meran Thermal Baths – can be quickly and easily reached via the bicycle paths and hiking trails.

In der Zeit von Ostern bis Allerheiligen verkehrt täglich ein Bus im Stundentakt. Haltestellen befinden sich jeweils ca. 100 m vom Dahoam Chalet und der Dahoam Naturresidence entfernt. Somit können Sie auch vom Auto Urlaub machen und gleichzeitig die Umwelt schonen!

Nel periodo che va da Pasqua ai Santi un bus passa giornalmente ogni ora. Le fermate si trovano a circa 100 m dallo chalet e dal residence Dahoam. Potrete così mandare in vacanza anche la vostra auto e contemporaneamente fare del bene all’ambiente!

Between Easter and All Saints' Day, there is an hourly bus. You'll find bus stops, each about 100 meters from the Dahoam Chalet and the Dahoam Nature Residence, respectively. You can thus leave your car at home and protect the environment!

Potete ordinare da noi panini freschi per iniziare bene la giornata di vacanza e ve li consegneremo la mattina direttamente nel vostro appartamento o chalet.

In unmittelbarer Umgebung des Dahoam Chalet befinden sich zwei Einkehrmöglichkeiten, welche auch sehr gut von der Dahoam Naturresidence aus zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Ansonsten gibt es im Dorf direkt eine große Auswahl an Restaurants.

Nelle immediate vicinanze dello chalet si trovano due ristoranti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi anche dal residence Dahoam.

Altrimenti in paese troverete un’ampia scelta di punti di ristoro.

There are two restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the Dahoam Chalet which can also be easily reached by foot from the Dahoam Nature Residence.

Ist der Naturpool beheizt? La piscina naturale è riscaldata? Is the nature pool heated?

Unser Schwimmteich stellt eine harmonische Einheit von Pool und Biotop dar. Sauberes und lebendiges Wasser ohne jegliche Chemie, umgeben von Fauna und Flora, verwöhnt Körper und Geist gleichermaßen. Eine sorgfältig abgestimmte Bepflanzung der zwei vom Schwimmbereich abgetrennten Regenerationsbereiche sorgt für eine natürliche biologische Aufbereitung des Wassers. Das Wasser zirkuliert über die Wasserfälle und deshalb ist ein Beheizen oder Abdecken des Schwimmbereiches nicht sinnvoll.

La nostra piscina è un’unità armonica tra specchio d’acqua e biotopo. Acqua limpida e vivace, senza aggiunta di sostanze chimiche, circondata da fauna e flora, che regala benessere a corpo e spirito. La depurazione è affidata alle piante accuratamente selezionate della zona di rigenerazione, separata da quella balneare. L’acqua circola attraverso la cascata, non avrebbe quindi senso riscaldarla o coprire l’area balneare.

Our swimming pond represents a harmonious combination of pool and biotope. It contains clean water featuring a variety of flora and fauna, and is maintained entirely without chemical agents. It thus provides a soothing environment for both body and spirit. The carefully selected plants in the two regeneration areas separate from the swimming area ensure that the water is purified in a natural, biological manner. The water is circulated over the waterfalls. For this reason, it is not practical or desirable to heat or cover the swimming area.

Im Dahoam Chalet ist jede der beiden Einheiten mit einer finnischen Sauna ausgestattet, welche den Gästen täglich für drei Stunden zur Verfügung steht. In unserer Dahoam Naturresidence haben Sie die Möglichkeit zweimal wöchentlich im Garten in unserer holzbefeuerten Außensauna zu entspannen.Wie bei den Finnen steht unsere Sauna im Freien und wird von uns mit Holz befeuert.Eine Kaltwasserdusche und ein Tauchbecken sorgen für die nötige Abkühlung.Ruhe und Entspannung ist im gemütlichen Ruhebereich im Freien garantiert.Die besondere Atmosphäre wird Sie begeistern! Der Preis pro Person und Saunagang beträgt 15,00.- Euro und beinhaltet zusätzlich leihweise unsere Saunatasche mit Bademantel und Saunatuch.

Ognuna delle due unità dello chalet Dahoam è dotata di sauna finlandese che è a disposizione degli ospiti ogni giorno per tre ore.

Nel nostro residence potrete rilassarvi due volte alla settimana nella piscina esterna riscaldata a legna e situata in giardino, come si usa in Finlandia. Per rinfrescarvi avrete a disposizione una doccia di acqua fredda e una vasca. Pace e relax sono garantiti nella comoda zona per il riposo all’aperto. Vi innamorerete di questa atmosfera così particolare! Il prezzo a persona e a ingresso è di 15.00 euro e comprende anche il noleggio della sacca da sauna con accappatoio e asciugamano.

At the Dahoam Chalet, each of the two units is equipped with its own Finnish sauna which the guests can use for three hours every day.

In our Dahoam Nature Residence, you have the option of relaxing in our wood-fired outside sauna in the English garden twice a week. Like a Finnish sauna, our sauna is outdoors, and is fueled with wood. A cold water shower and immersion tub provide the necessary refreshing cooling effect. You can be sure of peace and relaxation in the comfortable outdoor relaxation area. You'll love the special atmosphere here! The price per person and sauna session is Euro 15.oo, and also includes the loan of our sauna bag with bathrobe and sauna towel.

Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett stehen Ihnen jederzeit in der Dahoam Naturresidence zur Verfügung. Waschmaschine und Trockner können gegen eine Gebühr nach Vereinbarung in der Dahoam Naturresidence verwendet werden.

Avrete a disposizione in qualsiasi momento asse e ferro da stiro nel residence. Lavatrice e asciugatrice possono essere utilizzate previo accordo nel residence, pagando un sovrapprezzo.

At the Dahoam Nature Residence, you can use the clothes iron and ironing board at any time. The washing machine and dryer can be used (for a fee) at the Dahoam Nature Residence (please ask in advance).

Welche Wandermöglichkeiten habe ich direkt vom Dahoam aus? Quali sono le possibilità di fare escursioni nei dintorni del Dahoam? What hiking options are there directly from Dahoam?

Unser Dahoam liegt inmitten eines weitläufigen Wandergebietes für geübte Berggeher, aber auch für Genusswanderer. Beide Ferienhäuser befinden sich in umittelbarer Umgebung des Schenner Waalweges. Entlang des Schenner Waalwegs werden Ausflügler zwei Stunden lang vom beruhigenden Plätschern des jahrhundertealten Bewässerungskanals durch Wald und Apfelplantagen begleitet. Die Waalwege gehören zu Südtirols beliebtesten Besonderheiten. Der Einstieg zum Höfeweg am Schennaberg befindet sich direkt an der Talstation der Seilbahn Taser und verbindet mehrere historische Bauernhöfe und bietet einen Einblick in das Leben und Arbeiten am Bergbauernhof. Das Wandergebiet Schennaberg ist mit der nahegelegen fußläufig erreichbaren Seilbahn Taser innerhalb von sieben Minuten zu erreichen und begeistert mit einer großen Anzahl an Hütten- und Almenwanderungen, sowie Gipfelbesteigungen.

Il Dahoam è immerso in un’estesa area adatta sia agli escursionisti esperti, sia a chi cammina per piacere.

Entrambi gli edifici si trovano nelle immediate vicinanze del sentiero delle rogge di Scena, che in due ore conduce gli escursionisti attraverso boschi e coltivazioni di mele, accompagnati dal rassicurante scrosciare del canale d’irrigazione secolare. Le rogge sono una delle peculiarità più apprezzate dell’Alto Adige.

L’accesso al sentiero dei masi sul Montescena si trova proprio nella stazione a valle della funivia Taser e collega numerosi masi storici offrendo uno sguardo nella vita e nel lavoro di una malga di montagna.

L’area escursionistica Montescena si raggiunge in sette minuti con la vicina funivia Taser ed è una meta molto apprezzata per il gran numero di escursioni alle baite e alle malghe e per le ascensioni alle vette.

Our Dahoam is located in the middle of an extensive hiking area for practiced mountain hikers – but also for those wishing to undertake easy hikes.

Both complexes are located in the immediate vicinity of the Schenna "Waalweg" (hiking trail along and irrigation channel). Along the Schenna Waalweg, nature lovers are accompanied for two hours by the restful babbling of the centuries-old irrigation channel as they march through the forest and apple orchards. These trails are among the most-popular sight-seeing destinations in South Tyrol.

The entrance to the Höfe Trail for Mt. Schenna is located directly at the valley station of the Taser aerial cableway and connects several historical farmsteads. This trail offers interesting insights to life and work in alpine farms.

The Mt. Schenna hiking area can be reached in seven minutes by following the nearby Taser aerial cableway (accessible by foot). It boasts an impressive number of hiking trails taking you to huts and refreshment stops, and also to the summit.

Wir vermieten unsere Chalets und Appartements Wochenweise von Samstag bis Samstag. Kürzere Aufenthalte sind in den Wintermonaten (ausgenommen Weihnachten/Neujahr) buchbar, wobei die Mindestaufenthaltsdauer drei Tage beträgt. Gerne können Sie diesbezüglich bei uns anfragen.

Affittiamo i nostri chalet e appartamenti settimanalmente da sabato a sabato. Soggiorni più brevi possono essere prenotati nei mesi invernali (eccetto Natale/Capodanno) e la loro durata minima è di tre giorni. Potete inviarci una richiesta al riguardo.

We rent out our chalets and apartments by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays can be booked during the winter months (except for Christmas and New Year), with a minimum duration of three days. If you have any questions about this, please contact us!

Unseren Gästen im Dahoam Chalet stehen während ihres Aufenthaltes kostenlos jeweils zwei E-Bikes zur Verfügung. Diese sind vor dem Chalet geparkt und können jederzeit genutzt werden! Im gut sortierten Fahrradverleih des E-Bike Verleihs in Schenna und der Bike and Hike Academy Meraner Land in Algund findet jeder Radfahrer das passende Modell.

I nostri ospiti dello chalet Dahoam hanno a disposizione gratuita per tutta la durata del soggiorno due e-bike, che sono parcheggiate davanti allo chalet e possono essere utilizzate in qualsiasi momento!

Our guests at the Dahoam Chalet can borrow electric bicycles (two per chalet unit) at no cost during their stay. These electric bicycles are parked out in front of the chalet and can be used at any time!

The Electric Bicycle Rental Agency in Schenna and the Bike and Hike Academy Meraner Land in Algund offer a wide assortment of bicycles. Thus, every bike enthusiast is sure to find the "right" model.

Kann ich auch im Winter anreisen? Posso arrivare anche in inverno? Can I also come for a stay during the winter?

Unser Dahoam ist ganzjährig geöffnet. In den Wintermonaten (ausgenommen Weihnachtferienzeiten) ist eine An- und Abreise wochentags bei einem Mindestaufenthalt von drei Übernachtungen möglich. Gerne erfragen Sie bei uns die Tagespreise.
